HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Atlanta, GA)

Rivermark Timber Early Learning runs childcare centres in Atlanta caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
