HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Atlanta, GA)

Ironwood Forge Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Atlanta with personal care and coordination, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 758 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
