HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Atlanta, GA)

Harborlight Timber Auto Group is a Atlanta company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 118 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
