HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Atlanta, GA)

Summit Timber Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Atlanta. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
