HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Quarry Telecom Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
