HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Atlanta, GA)

Amberfield Glen Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Atlanta. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
