HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Atlanta, GA)

Northwind Rowan Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Atlanta, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 96 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grower contracts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
