Stonegate Granite Markets is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on online orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with online orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
