HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Atlanta, GA)

Northwind Birch Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Atlanta, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ridership counts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
