HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Atlanta, GA)

Redstone Hollow Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Atlanta with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on recycling loads. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
