HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Atlanta, GA)

Westbrook Kestrel Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Atlanta area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter reading. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
