HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Fernwood River Financial and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer onboarding. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
