HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Anchorage, AK)

Westbrook Ember Staffing Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for timekeeping, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on timekeeping. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with timekeeping. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
