HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Vale Manufacturing Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on machine downtime. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
