HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Anchorage, AK)

Bluepeak Corner Medical Associates is a Anchorage company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 933 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lots. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
