HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Anchorage, AK)

Clearpath Fox Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Anchorage producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleanroom operations. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
