HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Anchorage, AK)

Bluepeak Corner Medical Associates designs and makes medical devices in Anchorage. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on training materials. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
