HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Fernwood North Pharma and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleanroom operations. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
