HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Anchorage, AK)

Nova Birch Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Anchorage. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visitor services. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
