HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Anchorage, AK)

Northwind Ridge Construction is a Anchorage contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on materials orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
