HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Anchorage, AK)

Summit Willow Staffing places workers with employers around Anchorage, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 635 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on temp assignments. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with temp assignments. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
