HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Anchorage, AK)

Harborlight Junction Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Anchorage, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 559 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance stores. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
