HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Anchorage, AK)

Bluepeak Wren Arts Center Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 139 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visitor services. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
