HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Albuquerque, NM)

Foxglove Quarry Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Albuquerque. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 160 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fare systems. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
