Redstone Corner Construction is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on permits. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
