HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Albuquerque, NM)

Amberfield Fern Freight is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
