HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Albuquerque, NM)

Bluepeak Quarry Banking Services is a regional lender in Albuquerque with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
