HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Albuquerque, NM)

Cedar Ember Markets is a Albuquerque retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 135 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on promotions. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with promotions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
