HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Albuquerque, NM)

Bluepeak Meadow Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Albuquerque, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on promotions. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with promotions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
