HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Thistle Property Management and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease renewals. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
