HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Albuquerque, NM)

Northwind Clear Freight is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for proof of delivery, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 170 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proof of delivery. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with proof of delivery. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
