HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Albuquerque, NM)

Bluepeak Cedar Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Albuquerque. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on electronic records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
