Redstone Ember Markets is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pricing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with pricing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
