HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Albuquerque, NM)

Nova Ashton Inspection Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client sites. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
