HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Albuquerque, NM)

Bluepeak Nest Property Management manages apartment communities around Albuquerque, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease renewals. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
