HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Albuquerque, NM)

Highbridge Quill Health is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 544 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on referrals. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
