HR Business Partner - clinical staff (San Antonio, TX)

Cedar Meridian Health is a hospital system in San Antonio with more than 3,000 employees across three campuses. We are hiring a contract HR business partner for our nursing and clinical support teams. What you will do • Advise nurse managers on scheduling, attendance, performance and leave issues. • Support retention efforts, including stay interviews and exit-interview analysis. • Help with credential tracking and onboarding for new clinical hires. What we are looking for • Four or more years in HR, preferably in hospitals or healthcare. • Knowledge of Texas employment law and FMLA. Contract for nine months, on site in San Antonio.
