HR Business Partner - claims and service teams (San Jose, CA)

Greenridge Pike Insurance is a mid-sized insurer with about 500 employees, many working in claims and customer service. We are hiring a part-time HR business partner, working remotely. What you will do • Advise team managers on performance, leave and accommodation issues. • Support retention by analysing turnover and running stay interviews. • Help with onboarding and training programmes for new claims staff. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR, ideally in insurance or call-centre settings. • Knowledge of California employment law. Part-time, about 24 hours a week, remote.
