Front Desk Coordinator - guest and client services (Colorado Springs, CO)

Westbrook Vista Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Colorado Springs with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Front Desk Coordinator to lead our guest and client services. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Log requests and follow up when promised. • Manage appointments, check-ins and payments. • Handle simple questions about pricing or pass them to the right person. • Keep the lobby tidy and welcoming. • Greet visitors, answer calls and direct enquiries. What we are looking for • Good computer skills. • Friendly, calm and professional manner. • Reliable and punctual. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling software. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
