Front Desk Coordinator - guest and client services (Chicago, IL)

Foxglove Vale Markets serves neighbourhoods around Chicago with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Front Desk Coordinator to lead our guest and client services. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle simple questions about shrink and waste or pass them to the right person. • Keep the lobby tidy and welcoming. • Greet visitors, answer calls and direct enquiries. • Manage appointments, check-ins and payments. • Log requests and follow up when promised. What we are looking for • Reliable and punctual. • Friendly, calm and professional manner. • Good computer skills. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling software. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
