Front Desk Coordinator - check-in and payments (Grand Rapids, MI)

Nova Iron Auto Group is looking for a Front Desk Coordinator. The job centres on check-in and payments for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 652 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Handle simple questions about supplier deliveries or pass them to the right person. • Log requests and follow up when promised. • Keep the lobby tidy and welcoming. • Manage appointments, check-ins and payments. • Greet visitors, answer calls and direct enquiries. What we are looking for • Friendly, calm and professional manner. • Reliable and punctual. • Good computer skills. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling software. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
