Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Wichita, KS)

Highbridge Vista Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Wichita, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
