Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Wichita, KS)

Silverline Harbor Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Wichita region, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Model the cost of outage response and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
