Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Wichita, KS)

Stonegate Willow Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Wichita, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 564 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of claims and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
