Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Wichita, KS)

Harborlight Quill Legal Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for billing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Model the cost of billing records and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists.
