Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Virginia Beach, VA)

Highbridge Yarrow Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Virginia Beach, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Model the cost of customer specifications and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with ingredient orders.
