Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Virginia Beach, VA)

Highbridge Forge Legal Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of client files and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • A relevant degree or certification.
