Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Glen Civic Services and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 371 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of case files and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
