Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Tulsa, OK)

Rivermark Beacon Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Tulsa, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of store inventory and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with online orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
