Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Tucson, AZ)

Westbrook Amber Financial serves customers across Tucson with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Model the cost of loan applications and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with payment disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
